Good to know & price

The apartment rates are for 2 persons per day from a stay of one week. The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Reduction for children

Children up to their 4th birthday stay with us free of charge. For children from the 4th to the 16th year we charge a daily rate of 10,00 Euro. Adults (3rd person in the apartment): 15€/day

 

Local tax

A local tax of 1,45 € (per overnight stay) is charged for guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the indicated rates and can only be paid on site.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

Arrival and departure

Your apartment is available from 2pm. Should you arrive after 6pm, please let us know in advance. We ask you to vacate your apartment for final cleaning by 10am on the day of departure at the latest. 

 

Payment

You can pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer. Please understand that we cannot accept credit cards or EC cards.

Booking

Only the written confirmation of the booking on both sides and a deposit of 30% of the total amount, guarantee your reservation. We ask you to state your name on the bank transfer.
The remaining amount can be transferred before the start of the holiday or paid on site. Please understand that in Italy only payments up to a total amount of  4999,00 Euro can be accepted.

Bus stop

The bus stop is 1 kilometre away on the main road (Ultnerstraße/junction Pawiglerstraße).

Pets

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house.

Our own products

Depending on the season you can enjoy bacon, eggs, various herbal syrups, bread, chestnuts, nuts, potatoes, herbal salts, wild herb salts and garden herbs fresh and dried. We also produce smoking bundles.

Breakfast basket

Pampered breakfast for the perfect start to the day: start the day with a lovingly arranged breakfast basket with farm and regional products. Rate per person: 15,00 Euro

RESTAURANTS AND BARS NEARBY

• Pizzeria Forsthof: 5 minutes by car. Wood fired oven pizza and traditional cuisine.

• Engetalerhof Hofschank: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot along a beautiful forest path. Traditional cuisine.

• Pawigler Wirt: 5 minutes by car. Traditional cuisine and depending on the season: fish weeks or game weeks. With own bowling alley.

• In the village centre of St. Pankraz: 8 minutes by car there are two restaurants with pizzeria.

• In Lana: 10 minutes by car and you are in the centre of Lana, where there are many different restaurants, cafés and pizzerias.

Cancellation and travel insurance

We ask for your understanding that we have to charge a part of the costs in case of no-show or early departure:

• 29-15 days before arrival: 30% of the booked price

• 14-7 days before arrival: 50 % of the booked price

• 7-1 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked price

UltentalCard

The UltentalCard comes at no extra cost and is included in the price of your room. Issued on arrival, it remains valid for the duration of your stay.
